GM-16S multifunctional clean-up ship is used to control and clean up oil spill in sheltered waters. It can also be used as special purpose ship for environmental protection to clean and recovery small-scale oil pollution of sewage and garbage in navigation area.

1.The vessel is steel double- hull form, diesel power, double engines and four screw propellers.

2.Clean-up ship is a dual-hull ship. It can concentrate and guide water effectively. The oil flow and solid floating refuse (massive oil)that flow into the place between the two hulls have good closure function, and can effectively improve the ship's emergency clean-up operation’s celerity and anti-wave capability.

3.The ship of double-hull form is steady and not sinking. The double- engine double-screw propeller Z-pushing system has good reliability. So it can meet the requirements of sailing at high speed in emergency and the requirements of low speed in  oil recovery operation. It has good ship operability and is easy to veer.
